Scope and data categories

The contact form processes a name, phone number, email address, project of interest, message and preferred contact channel. To protect the form and understand request provenance, the page path, referring page, UTM tags, browser information and an IP value pseudonymised with a secret key may also be recorded.

Purposes

Data is used only to answer the request, manage project information or appointment follow-up, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and assess contact-channel performance by source.

• Consent is recorded with its version and timestamp.
• The raw IP address is not written to the CRM record; a keyed digest is used for rate limiting.
• UTM and referrer fields, when present, are limited to understanding request provenance.

Retention and access

The target retention period for a contact request is 24 months, with a review/deletion date created for each record. Security rate-limit counters expire after an approximately one-hour window. A legal obligation or active dispute may require a relevant record to be kept longer.

Sharing and security

Contact requests are saved on the web server. Transfer to MPANDO Sales takes place when the relevant integration is active. Contact consent is not marketing permission. Data may be processed, only where necessary, by authorised team members who need it for their role and by service providers supporting hosting, security or communications. Access is restricted and the form is protected by same-origin checks, request-size limits, a honeypot and rate limiting.

Your choices and requests

You may request information, correction, deletion or a change to your contact preference by writing to info@iskaryapi.com. Additional information may be requested to verify safely that the request concerns the correct person.

Language preference and country

Your chosen language is remembered in the functional iskar_locale cookie for one year; the initial visit check uses session storage. For initial language selection, the IP address is checked against a local DB-IP country database, without sending it to a separate location service. A VPN may affect the country estimate. The map connects to external map providers when used.
