A local contact for your tenant
Property details, letting enquiries and day-to-day tenant requests are coordinated through the team. Matters requiring the owner’s decision or authorisation are referred back to the owner.
Homes and commercial premises
For shops and workplaces, intended use, physical conditions and the business’s needs are considered together. Rent, expense allocation and the service scope are agreed for the property. Rental income and continuous occupancy are not guaranteed.
